Her devotion to serving others was realized early in her adolescent years as she served in different capacities in her church, school and community organizations. Her passion to touch the lives of adolescent girls and women is the driving force that propels her vision.

Kiecia Butler the Co-Founder of Legacy 615 INC. She is a wife and mother of two girls. Her passion for helping others and driving women and girls to be their best self NOW instead of LATER is what motivates her vision. She fulfills her passion for helping others and supporting women in the community with various organizations as well as being a long term advocate for Cancer awareness.

Antwoine Jobe is a serial entrepreneur whose love for working outdoors led to several successfully operated companies including a construction company and a landscaping, lawn care, and tree removal service that he has owned for more than a decade. Antwoine’s years of experience in managing others, creating policy, and assuring his team remains compliant at multiple job sites, makes him a perfect candidate for monitoring the compliance of Legacy's policies, events, and programs.
Antwoine is a husband and father of three. When he is not working or spending time with his family he can be found mentoring young men in the community. Through his company, he strives to provide a second chance at employment with wages above minimum wages to an array of men that come from all walks of life. These men include those from underserved communities, those who may lack education, and those who may have been incarcerated.
Currently, Antwoine attends Volunteer State Community College where he is majoring in Civil Engineering.
Mylikia Franklin
Director of Marketing
Mylikia Franklin is a Healthcare Business Consultant who partners with healthcare professionals to help them start and grow their business through revenue cycle management. Mylikia was born to serial entrepreneur parents, which fostered within her a love for business at a very young age. For the past decade Mylikia has owned a healthcare business that caters to consulting with independent healthcare professionals and small businesses across the USA. After spending over a decade running her own small business and helping others do the same, Mylikia is and expert at taking an idea and turning it into a viable business.
Mylikia holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification through the American Academy of Professional Coders.
LaToya Davis
Director of Field Operations and Volunteers
LaToya Davis is from Nashville, TN. LaToya embodies the attributes of the volunteer state. She has a passion for helping others and has spent countless hours volunteering and giving with various organizations in the community throughout her years. She has devoted 10 years of her career in clinical research, five of them being with Sarah Cannon. Working side by side with physicians & nurses assisting with patient care, has been a driving force and daily motivation to do more.
In her free time, she challenges her creativity by creating beautifully designed sweet treats and decorating venues for events. She also enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing.
Latoya holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Trevecca Nazarene University
